Dear Friends: Another year is coming to an end and as we look back we find that we would both like to take this opportunity to wish each of you a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year. With the closing of the year we also feel that we would like to give to each of you the gift of self, so we thought we would take a moment to tell you about the things that have happened in our lives this year. There are no Major changes this year like there were last year. We are both still living in Vancouver. The biggest change in our lives this year has been the adoption of a dog. Her name is Dakota. She is part Colley and part German Shepard and all affection. We were going to the pet store to see a fountain they have there when Linda saw her and fell in love. Of course Odell has always wanted a dog so 2 hours later we adopted her. The rest of our family is doing well. Trillian, Mini and Samantha still do not get along all the time but what can you do about that. This year for our aniversary we went to Ocean Shores Wa and spent a lovely couple of days at the beach renewing our love for each other. It was beautiful there. Our hotel has an observation deck above the hotel were we could see 360 degrees. In November we flue down to LA for Odell’s brother Roberts wedding. While we were there we visited with Odell’s family and Linda’s family. We also Visited Yosemity. This was linda’s 1^st time there. Unfortunely while we were there it rain 6 inches in 3 days so we did not get to see much. This year we made a real stab at gardening. Brought in 5 yards of bark dust and spread it all over the place. Then Linda picked out some lovely flowers for the side garden and the window boxes. We also spent a lot more time barbequing this year Odell is getting quite good at it. Well that just about wraps it up for the year 2002 and the second year of our new life together! We want to tell each of you that we care about you and we love you. We wish a Merry Christmas and a Very Happy New Year, and as Tiny Tim is fond of saying “May God bless us every one!” Love, Odell and Linda
