We are a friendly group of woodcarvers, beginners to professionals, from Lincoln City and surrounding areas. All carvers and anyone interested in learning carving are welcome to join our club.
The Coastal Carvers has its own show in January of each year and is a Non-Juried Show Coastal Carvers 17th Annual "Artistry In Wood Show 2009" will be on January 17th & 18th Chinook Winds Convention Center - 1777 N.W. 44th Street - Lincoln City, OregonSaturday 10am - 5pm & Sunday 10am - 4pm Free Admission & Free Seminars for Kids & Adults – Both Days The Peoples Choice Carving Categories for 2009 are as follows: "Critters In Wood" (2009 theme) Gallery Beginner (carving less than 2 years) Youth (14 years of age and under) 1st to 3rd place ribbons will be awarded to all categories There will also be a special "Mayors Award" & "Chinook Winds Casino Award"

Club Meetings are at: Lincoln City SDA school - 2126 NE Surf Avenue - Lincoln City, Oregon The First Sunday of each month, October through June @ 1:30 PM. MEMBERSHIP DUES are $10.00 per year per family + $4.00 per name tag - 1st year only. Junior members (under 16) no charge. Memberships are renewable in October of each year.
