Inquiries can be sent to MARC with a click... These will usually be ordered a day or more in advance, but depending on what you want, and the timing, could be a same day item.

Dinner Items - If you need something for dinner, give me a call, and we'll see what I can whip up, especially a day or more in advance. I'll probably have soup available, and a host of things i could prepare, from vegetarian entres, there may be meats to roast, salads, etc. It is hard to have a menu for this because my inventory keeps changing, my ability to run out and get things is variable, and our creativity sometimes will come up with things that may not get on a menu!.

Event Dinners - These can be arranged to be held in my old, comfortable craftsman house dining area, with oriental rugs and beautiful woodwork. We can handle couples to groups of 12, maybe more depending on the menu. I can come prepare the food in your kitchen, or we can make it available and have you pick it up, and deliveries are possible. We are NOT a large scale catering outfit, so our focus is on the food. We can work together to determine the amount of service you want to pay for.

Middle Eastern Dinner - One example of an Event Dinner. Preferably served here, this dinner consists of Hummus w/veggies, soup (usually lentil), Lebanese Rolled Grapeleaves stuffed with lamb, rice and spices, a small side of lamb riblet, yogurt dressing, a side dish and a dessert. Baqlawa can be the dessert if I can get that portion of this operation rolling so I always have some available. This is a $25.00 (or so) per person dinner, minimum four people, preferably 6 to 12.

plum sauce from Jim and Karen's italian prunes

This was an orange cake, i loved it. I make great cookies and muffins, banana and zuccini bread to die for, super brownies, and I've made a few frosted cakes in my day as well..

sweet potato pies are AWESOME!

A hummus lunch platter from the old Soup Cellar Days, I could tell it was a busy day when I saw this pic published in a favorable review

From the same review, the spilled soup, well, that happens on a busy day from the counter to the table, hah!
