Milica (pronounced Melissa for anglos) is from Serbia, which was part of then Yugoslavia.. Camden is 30-40 miles north of Sumter or Columbia, and she is another 13 miles north into the woods.. It was quiet when the packs of dogs were not barking...

Before the blues festival, we made dinner for Kit and Darren.. which included my fabulous Baqlawa using pecans for Darren and Kit's huge pecan trees..
