We're located in a beautiful setting on the edge of the Deschutes
River canyon and across the river from Deschutes River Ranch Resort
in Tumalo. You will enjoy a 360 degree view from your upstairs
"Eagle's Nest".
SKIERS! We are mid-way between Mt. Bachelor and Hoodoo! Approx. 35
miles to either one. Stay with us and have more skiing options at great Winter
rates!
Our "Eagle's Nest" studio is 18 x 28 ft. (504 sq. ft.), and has a
full kitchen, private bathroom and private entrance. There are two
covered decks, one on the river side and one on the mountain side.
Amenities include a very comfortable queen bed, a futon sofa that can
sleep two, color TV, VCR, microwave and local phone.
There is a snow covered mountain or river view out every single
window! Our 1986 home is on a 6 acre ranch in a very peaceful and
quiet country setting.
There is a wonderful river trail along our stretch of the Deschutes
River that provides a high quality commune with nature for a couple of
miles before you get to "downtown" Tumalo.
We provide the breakfast ingredients that most folks like: Homemade
bread, eggs, fruit, juice, various cereals, teas, coffees, etc. This
allows you to make your own delicious breakfast at your leisure.
Our guests tell us that they really love the views and the
tranquility. River & bird sounds are what you can expect.
We are just 12 minutes west of Bend, 16 minutes east of Sisters and 3 miles
downstream from Tumalo. We are 7 miles upstream from Eagle Crest Resort, where
there is a public golf course and a fine restaurant overlooking the Deschutes
River.
Rates are $50 to $70 per night. An RV camping spot is available with a
wonderful Three Sisters Mountain view for $16/day with full hook-ups
and 30 amp service.
