Kids get this certain look on their faces when they're focused on something, don't they? I think the particular objective for Eddie, aged three and a half in this picture and definitely walking, was to spot and retrieve a piece of wood he was tossing around for fun.

Maybe these pictures will help explain why, like so many other parents of children with Down Syndrome, we aren't trying to "cure" Eddie of anything. He's an awesome kid and his brothers are fully excellent with him.
