This is the FAQ for the SilverFox Mail List Web (formerly Fans of CR) site at
http://www.silverfoxlist.org/
The SilverFox Web page is dedicated to the members of the SilverFox Mail List. The main intent is to put a face with the subscribers to the SilverFox mailing list. On the SilverFox web pages you will find mature men and their admirers. There are several pages with buttons "previous" and "next" to take you forward and backward through the pages. Simply clicking on the "next" button will take you to the next page in the series.
Don't forget, you select an image to get to that person's own page, either here or at their own site, but don't stop there... there are some surprises behind several of the images on the personal pages!
To get your image on the page:
If you have a home page already set up:
Send the URL to me and I will put a link to your page from the SilverFox page.
If you do not have a home page and your service doesn't provide space for one:
you send an image ,or two, to me via email, that you want to show the world along with some biographical information about yourself. Use the existing web pages of some of the subscribers as a template. If you don't have an image, but you have a photo, then send it/them to me at:
Jim Haggerty
149 Avenida de Elenora
Palm Springs, CA 92262-7111
I will scan the photo(s), put a small image on the SilverFox page and build your own page, and send the image(s) to you via email and return your photo(s) ONLY if you include a self-addressed stamped envelope MAKE SURE YOU USE THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF POSTAGE FOR BOTH ENVELOPES - PLEASE.
PLEASE REPLY TO ALL MESSAGES COMING FROM THE SILVERFOX WEB - EVEN TO SAY "THANKS, BUT I'M NOT INTERESTED" OR SOMETHING TO THAT EFFECT. PEOPLE CAN HANDLE REJECTION MUCH BETTER THAN BEING IGNORED!! This is simple netiquette and shouldn't have to be said here, but I've received a couple of messages from some guys that are getting frustrated at not receiving an answer. Messages originating from your web page will have the tagname X-URL somewhere in the header (usually following the Subject line.)
Browsing the web site is a lot like a video game... keep selecting images as you never know what's behind them!
Send email to me if you have any other questions or suggestions regarding the SilverFox Web pages.
Thanks!
