If you need help in finding a breeder contact the Secretary. BHCP does not endorse nor make any guarantees for those breeders to whom you may be referred. You are encouraged to ask questions of many breeders before deciding on working with anyone. We can refer you to breeders throughout the Northwest, throughout the country or throughout the world. If you are referred to someone who is not a member of BHCP it will be to a known basset breeder who is a member of the Basset Hound Club of America, preferably to the secretary of a Basset Hound Club in the geographic area of interest.
