Why You Should Take This Course

Let's assume that you don't have a lot of spare time, so …

You should absotively, posilutely take this course if:

  • You make decisions about how training will be accomplished at your organization

  • You have an organizational problem or opportunity that may be solved or enhanced by training

  • You are considering an alternative to face-to-face training, to:

    • Reduce employee travel costs
    • Increase the market reach of your courses
    • Increase the learning options for your employees or customers
    • Meet a requirement by a significant customer
    • Satisfy an interest in a new training methodology

  • You may or may not have a background in technical training or instructional design. While certainly helpful, these skills are not needed to benefit from this course.

If some of these points describe your situation, let's next discuss what you'll learn and the course layout in the Course Objectives and Organization.
