NOTE: This message is not intended to encourage or endorse use of
      amateur radio equipment to transmit outside of amateur bands,
      period.  The tests performed were done in a service shop with
      properly shielded cables, equipment, and 50 ohm load.
      Also, transmitting out of band may cause heating of power
      amplifier components, damage your radio, void your warranty,
      annoy your neighbors, and violate federal laws.
