Dear Mr. Ångström,

For the past three months I have been actively searching for evidence supporting
the existence of a legally registered stiftelse known as the "Angstrom
Foundation." Patent- och registreringsverket (PRV) has informed me that
stiftelse in Sweden are registered by the Tax Authority (Skattemyndighet).

I have written to the Skattemyndighet offices in Stockholm, Uppsala and Sundsvall
asking if there is a legally registered stiftelse in Sweden by the name of
"Angstrom Foundation," "Ångströmsstiftelsen," "Ångströms Stiftelsen," or
something similar.

From public legal documents obtained from PRV, I am aware of "The Angstrom
Foundation Aktiebolag," registration number 556229-9395. The address for your
privately-held stock company is Sandstensvägen 16, 161 39 Bromma and the
registered office is in Ånge. Your company was previously named "Aros National
Business Corporation Aktiebolag" from 1983 to 1990 and was originally located
in Vasteräs.

Can you provide me with documentation that confirms that the "Angstrom
Foundation" is a legally registered stiftelse in Sweden or anywhere else? I am
having difficulty believing that "The Angstrom Foundation Aktiebolag" is also a
stiftelse.

In 1993, Stanley V. McDaniel published "The McDaniel Report." On page xix, he
states that you are the "...Director of the prestigious Angstrom Foundation in
Stockholm, Sweden."

In 1996, Richard C. Hoagland published the Fourth Edition of "The Monuments of
Mars: A City on the Edge of Forever." On page 415, he states that you are the
"...Director of the prestigious Angstrom Foundation in Stockholm, Sweden."

On 10 March 2000, I published the First Edition of "There’s Something About
Angstrom" at http://www.teleport.com/~photoget/angstrom.htm. I have enclosed
a copy of the page for your review.

Concerning the "Ångström Medal," did you present Mr. Hoagland with a written
document that stated the reason why he received the medal? Deploying wisdom,
directors of real foundations usually present recipients of their awards with
a certificate or a diploma that explains why they received the award.

If you did not present Mr. Hoagland with a certificate or a diploma, it is your
word against his as to the reason why he received the "Ångström Medal."

Best regards,

Alan G. Archer
