The Starduster Cafe on the field is named after the owner’s airplane a Starduster. As you walk through the door a very impressive quarter scale model of the GEE-BEE greets you. Arlene and I were there this morning and had a very enjoyable breakfast.

During the summer on Monday evenings a BBQ offered with a choice of half-pound hamburgers, Top-Sirloin or New York steaks cooked to order on an outdoor gas grill with the side dishes served buffet style.

Tuesday through Sunday breakfast from 8:00 to 12:00 and lunch 11:00 to 2:30 with very reasonable prices. These people are very much airplane oriented.

Upstairs is a gift shop and another quarter scale model this time a Piper Super Cub. The gift shop includes aircraft style shirts, jewelry, and various models. It also has toys in the way of airplanes for children.
