We adopted Penny from the local shelter who had aquired her and her mother(?) from another shelter who had deemed them unadoptable, apparently they played too rough with a kitten.  We found this out after we adopted her, but we have had no problems with her and our 4 cats, except for the occasionally stare-n-drool.  She is our resident "Guard" dog, and keeps our house and dogs safe from "tweekers"!!!! 

She has been a great introduction to the Great Dane.  However, her original owners, never taught her any manners so we are now,  having to teach her the RULES!!!  She doesn't do much Counter surfing, we have found out that she loves cupcakes fresh out of the oven and will also help herself to your plate of food if your not watching, and can be very pushy about it!!  Something that we are working on.
