Well it was just a matter of time: science has
now proven God knew how planets formed.
"What? God described planets forming?"
Sure enough, science has reported the proof.
To see the proof, you have to go back to the
original Hebrew and also look over the recent
science evidence.
But since both agree, it's again confirmed:

God is the source of creation, he knew how
planets formed and told others about it
THOUSANDS OF YEARS ago. God remembering it
over billions of years shows the immense
and vast character of God.

The proof God knew how the planets formed comes in
two parts, the statements from God describing the
events as reported by Moses, and the science results
matching those statements.
First the statements from God. In Genesis (other
matches showing Genesis being right are described
in a previous article), God tells Moses in terms
Moses could understand, how the heavens and earth
were both void and without form, that they were
merely "waters".
As previously discussed, saying "waters" is fairly
accurate in that the major component of initial
stellar matter is known to have been hydrogen (of
which the ancient Hebrews had no term for hydrogen)
and water is made up of hydrogen and oxygen. Also
trace amounts of water have been found in sun spots
on the sun, so saying "waters" for an initial
descriptive form for the earth and heavens is a
reasonable statement to come from an ancient Hebrew
text.
But Genesis in saying the earth and heavens were
basically "waters" has laid a foundation of which
is later built on by God with the statement:
"God separated the waters below the firmament
from the waters above the firmament".
In that statement, God is saying there were THREE
parts being separated out:
1. A "firmament".
2. "waters" below the "firmament".
3. "waters" above the "firmament".
So what's a firmament?
God calls the firmament the heavens, the heavens are what
you see when you look up into the sky, the general area
outside the bounds of the earth. But God said both the
heaven and the earth were void and without form at the
start of Genesis. He's later saying the "firmament" or
heavens is part of a three way separation of the waters.
At the point in time where the "firmament" separation
is occurring, that firmament is changing from being a
part of ONE "waters" (of which the earth and heavens
are not yet separated), to being ONE of THREE separate
items.

Essentially, God is describing an EXPLOSION, the
"firmament" being a major component in that explosion.

God saying he moved across the SURFACE of the "waters"
prior to that explosion and the "firmament" being in
the midst of the waters during the explosion says
basically that the "firmament" may have been just under
the surface of the "waters".
But guess what science keeps finding in deep space:

just beneath the surface of stars.

Does this sound familiar?
Simply put, God is describing a ring shaped
"firmament" during the separation of the "waters".
God's description in Genesis just so happens to
match sciences recent discoveries with the
Hubble Space Telescope.
Basically what God is saying in Genesis easily aligns
with science data in that the "firmament" can easily
include all the matter in the solar system prior to earth
and the planets matter separating from the sun's initial
matter.
So when God then SEPARATED the "waters" below the
firmament from those above it, he's basically saying
there was a ring explosion or separation, and later
the planet earth's water gathered again, land later
rose above the water's surface, the sun formed again
and lit up, etc...

God was exactly right in saying he gathered the waters
again to the earth. Essentially God is saying after the
explosion, he then had the earth's matter form into this
planet of which, sometime later, land mass eventually
gathered enough to raise up over the water's surface.
And this is what is expected for stellar matter exploding
in space then regathering. It's assumed other matter
undergoing similar circumstances would also gather in
a similar manner as earth's, forming other planets at
various distances, all dependent on how far out the
planet's initial core matter ended up after the explosion.
Science backs this up in various Hubble photos, the
end result being that a star can form a ring explosion
of matter due to instability at the surface of the
star while the star continues to fusion away.

Regardless of the process, God was right. God moving on the "surface of the waters" and by doing so, separating them (ring explosion at a star's surface) and God matching the attributes expected for a high frequency spectra of ENERGY, he could in fact set off that ring explosion on the surface of a star, ejecting said stellar matter both above and below the ring. That matter would later regather and planets would then form. It all fits. God knew the stuff and has again proved he remembered it over billions of years. Obviously God is the source of his creation. God made it all, Jesus died for our sins.
