County Rare Bird Report Form

Craig Miller maintains an up to date list of all species found in each county in Oregon. If you have a credible report of any species which is unusual in a particular Oregon county, you may use this form to submit it to Craig. At a minimum, please record the date and exact location where the species has been found, and give a description of the bird (or better yet, photograph it). Craig is interested in past records as well as new records of these countywide rarities.
