Melvin Welter

Melvin Welter took his Naval training in Idaho at the Farragut Naval Training Station. He served in the Navy during World War II from May 1943 to December 1945. Among his service decorations were the Asiatic Pacific Area Campaign Medal, the World War II Victory Medal, and the American Area Campaign Medal.
