Youth Environmental Summit 2005 (YES 05) will be held July 2-9, 2005 in the beautiful Willamette Valley area of western Oregon, USA. The summit headquarters will be located in Salem (Oregon) at Willamette University.
Founded in 1842, Willamette University is the first university in the western United States. It is located on the edge of downtown Salem and across the street from the Oregon State Capitol.
YES 05 activities will also take place in or near Portland, the state's largest city. International and domestic travelers to YES 05 will arrive and depart through Portland International Airport.
